SEEN, born Richard Mirando in the Bronx, is one of the central figures in development of graffiti as a modern art movement. His work began on New York City subway trains, where scale, speed, color, lettering, and public visibility defined language of this era.
What was once painted on steel has continued into original works collected by people who understand graffiti’s place in contemporary art history. That's the words from his site, my words are a bloody graffiti legend.
